The 2008 Golf Outing for Edcuation will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008 at the Flint Golf Club, 3100 Lakewood, Flint.

The Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce's Annual Golf Outing for Education is the perfect way to combine business with pleasure. All proceeds from the outing support the GRCC education initiatives, providing direct services to Genesee County schools and students. Through career fairs and conferences, after-school pre-employment leadership training, and worksite visits, students explore careers, learn about the skills required and expectations of the workplace. Lower prices and great entertainment at the 19th Hole Reception are on tap for this year’s event. Registration and driving range is from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Cash lunch is available. Shotgun Start is at 12:30 p.m. and the 19th Hole Reception begins at 6:00 p.m.
