The University of Michigan-Flint celebrates
the end of outside construction on new dormitories

(FLINT, MICHIGAN, APRIL 21, 2008) The University of Michigan-Flint held a news conference on Monday, April 21 to celebrate the completion of the exterior of the new residence halls on the downtown Flint campus.
